Allows all empires to use the origin civics added by Utopia and Apocalypse.
Supports Megacorp.

Ever wanted to play as a certain corporation emerging from the ashes of a nuclear armageddon?
Or a hive mind that has two species under its control?
How about pamper-bots on an already perfect world?

Now you can!

The civics are:

• Syncretic Evolution
  
• Post-Apocalyptic
  
• Life-Seeded

The following are also allowed for all non-gestalt empires, including Megacorps:

• Barbaric Despoilers
  
• Fanatic Purifiers
  
• Mechanists

Overrides only these civics. Does not affect other civics.
Not compatible with any mods modifying these civics, and may be incompatible with mods that override vanilla civics, depending on load order.

This mod has not been extensively play-tested, and hypothetically, even fallen empires might be able to have these civics now. The results might be fun.
