Beskrivelse
Removes the leader level hard cap, and *only* the hard cap. Makes no other changes than setting the hard cap to 9999. All soft caps remain in place, so your leaders are limited by your technology, instead of an arbitrary hard limit.

Thanks King its dumb to have a soft level cap if the hard cap is literally fucking 10.

nevermind it works with it, it just shows your leader can only go up to 10 until he levels up, then it shows how high he can go

Possibly not. Check if cultural overhaul overwrites the leader level had cap.

this mod hasn't been working for me, it's still stuck at 10. is this not compatible with cultural overhaul?
