The secret stash is located in "Horn of Magnus" level near the beginning (the hog pit)
When you will go through a stone building and jump down to hog pit area, go straight to the end and turn left, theres a sewer tunnel and near it is the secret stash.
Good luck fighting a horde of gutters!
