First of all, this will sadly be text-heavy, unlike the General Mechanics guide. Sorry, I just don't know how to upload pictures!
Secondly, Hopefully, you've beaten the main story game, if not, major spoilers ahead! Even if you did beat it, there's gonna be a little spoilers, so get ready for a little adventure into the game!

Hello! Welcome to Tadpole Treble's Fan-made Advanced guide. While I'm not associated with the guy who made the post, you should check out Tadpole Treble's General Mechanics for..Well, general mechanics! I'll be teaching you about the things after the main story, things that only true music men want! I'm doing this mainly because most guides to find each thing are separated, so I'm here to mush them into one giant thing, and a little more! So, let's hop into the rhythmic game that is Tadpole Treble!
Concerto Mode
CONCERTO MODE - To get concerto mode is, basically, a collection of EVERY level, from start to finish! To unlock it, you have to beat the game. Then you can find the reward in the extras in the main menu.
Bestiary
BESTIARY - This, basically, is the descriptions of every character...EVERY character! From minor to major, you can learn about the backstories and species of every character. There are four pages, and to unlock each page, you must get A-Ranks in certain numbers of levels.
100 Bubbles
100 BUBBLES - This one is the easiest to get for every level. The object is simple: Collect every bubble in the level. Now that's good on paper, trying to accomplish it is fairly hard. There are three suggestions I should give.
The first is to NOT hit bamboo poles if they're close to one another. When you hit a beat, Baton slows down ever so slightly. This can sometimes ruin Baton's speed when bubbles are far distances from another. The second is to use both the arrow keys and the W + S controls to move. If you didn't know, WASD and the arrow keys both work as controls, meaning you can use both to give Baton a speedy boost! This is good for some bubbles that are, again, far apart from one another at such a short distance. The Third, and final, tip is to tank a few hits. Sometimes you miss your pathway to get the bubbles, and the only way to do it is to take a hit and swim for the bubbles. Of course, don't do this if you're low on health, but if you can take a hit or two, use it!

The Reward - If you complete one level with 100 bubbles, you mainly won't get anything out of it. But, if you get ALL of the 100 bubbles, I believe either 1200 or 1300 bubbles, you will be able to swim as bit-ton, the 8-bit version of Baton in Chiptune Lagoon!
Challenge Flies...
CHALLENGE FLIES - This one is the second easiest out of the advanced things. After you beat a level, you can try at it again to win a challenge fly, where there'll be a tiny hint at what you need to do. Below is how you'll get each one!

A MAJOR SUGGESTION! - Apart from the previously mentioned tip of reading the hints of each fly, you should also visit Etude The Bullfrog for his 'challenge fly' section. The names of each fly should also give you a tip on what to do...Or just take a look at the guide, below.

Level 1 Friendly - This is the easiest out of ANY of the levels. You just have to give a friendly hello to one of your tadpoles, by simply running into them. I would suggest to try to run into as many as you can, just in case!

Level 2 Gold Fly - This one can be a bit tough at first, but you'll be able to understand. In every level, including this one, there are purple sparkles floating around the area that you have to collect. BUT, in this level, there is also gold sparkles (mainly for the outline, the inside is red.) that you must collect in order to get the fly. Most of them are plain simple, but there's a part where it's hidden in a bathtub. The opening will be at the VERY bottom, and just try to stay on the path of the food that comes before it. It'll take a few tries, but it's easily possible!

Level 3 Beat Fly - This one will send you flying through the air! You have to hit every cymbal flower (the large circles) to win the fly. There will be some above the water, so make sure you're ready for moments like that!

Level 4 Bamboo Fly - Now, THIS fly is why I did suggest to visit Etude. The description of this doesn't really give a good clue, but the name makes it obvious. Anyhow, it's fairly simple, just hit all of the Bamboo in the level to gain the fly.

Level 5 Pesky Fly - As always, Sonata will be helping you out for this one. This level requires you to kill every mosquito in the level, EXCEPT for the first one. Sonata will take care of that to show you what to do. As long as you keep along with the love-struck tadpole and sing along with him, this level hopefully will be a breeze!

Level 6 Booty Fly - Now, this one's awfully challenging, since there's barely any things to show what you need to get, not to mention the darn barracuda right behind you. What you need to do is smack 3 objects in the level, a gold doubloon, (found in the small pipe segment of the level, otherwise the part where you are introduced to how the mushrooms act) the X on a treasure map, and the golden tooth on the skull. The X on the map and the Tooth should be easy, but the doubloon is a little bit challenging. There are two gold doubloons in the segment that I've mentioned, but you'd want to smack the 2nd doubloon to get that fly!

Level 7 Famine Fly - Hooray for snow levels...Oh wait, it's known that ice levels are a pain. For this level, you must not eat ANY food. For a quick reminder, food looks kinda like a guitar pick with a + on it. You can eat bubbles and sparkles, but stray away from food. Now, there are two hardships to this. The first is cymbals, and how they can secretly send you into food locations. Some food can be hidden under some snow, so, basically, don't take any cymbals! The second is, during the song, you're faced with a tight pathway of food! Don't panic, just keep calm and focus on the gaps, and you should be fine for the rest of the level!

Level 8 Jewel Fly - This is a awfully tough fly, with the reversed flow, and the fast pace of the song. There are 4-5 jewels on raccoon statues found throughout the level. To reach them, you'll have to smack on a cymbal. Like level 3, some of them will be high in the air, but these ones will be blowing towards you, so stay on your toes and keep an eye to the left!

Level 9 Glass Fly - This one, as many Tadpole Treble players can agree, is the hardest fly out of any of the levels! The challenge is fairly simple, don't take ANY damage. That may seem simple if it wasn't for the half-walls of mines, the bubbles with spiders, the Venus fly traps, AND the piranhas! The half-walls of mines are the smallest trouble, since you can simply slip through them. Just keep an eye on where Baton is, and you'll be good. The bubbles with spiders will stretch out for maybe one-half to one full space. Just either get down below them, or get above them. The Venus Fly traps later in the songs are like the spiders, just try to stay down when you reach them. And finally, the main concept, the piranhas. They will firstly swim towards Baton, and, from what I've heard, don't harm you even if they're right behind you. You can test that for yourself when they first show up, but I would suggest to stay safe. Later on, they would become practically a shotgun, cocking themselves and firing! My suggestion would stay down, and once they're ready to fire, quickly swim to the top. The Venus Fly Traps shouldn't show up until that segment is done, but I'd still be careful. At the end, hit the cymbals, and drop the fruits, and you finally should be good, and complete it. I shall warn you, this WILL require a couple of tries, unless you're a Tadpole Treble Wizard!

Level 10 Bone Fly - On a personal note, lyrical levels seem to be a lot easier than any other levels...Especially after escaping Piranha Jungle. For this level, you simply have to collect all of the bubbles found inside the eyes of the fish skulls. You can do whatever you want, try to get perfect and evade mines to get them, or tank the hits for the bubbles! Just try your best to hit those cymbals afterwards!

Level 11 Salt Fly - This one's going to be yet another survival challenge. You must survive in the salt water of the cape in order to earn the fly. Luckily, as long as you don't hit too many mines, the foods in the water should easily be able to keep you safe. Just keep a keen eye on where Baton and the food is, and you should be set to win this!

Level 12 Allegro Fly - It's time for a speed run...Kind of! For Phase 3 of the ELE-94 boss fight, you simply have to beat it before the lyrics of the song repeat. To do this, you must smack the blowtorch just as it flashes yellow in the water. While this sounds difficult, it's surprisingly easy. Just stay at the top, or the 2nd-to-top, and evade all of the oil/mines whenever it appears. If there's oil while the blowtorch is in the water, simply wait until it flashes yellow, swim up, smack it, then swim back down. Unless there's a mine, of course. As long as you're fast and have great timing, The robotic menace will be scrap metal in no time!

Maestro Fly - Back at the collection again, you simply have to beat Concerto mode without dying once! If you've collected every challenge fly up 'til now, this shouldn't be a threat in the slightest. After all, you aren't doing the challenges!

The Reward - Once you've gotten all of the flies, visit Etude once again, where he will reward you in kindness, telling you that...An actual reward isn't deserved, as the kindness of helping one another is it's own reward...Of course, Baton doesn't want that! Etude gives Tadpole a secret of the island...
Conductor's Storm
CONDUCTOR'S STORM - After collecting all of the challenge flies, and talking to Etude, he'll tell you how rewards sometimes don't have to be actual gifts...But Baton doesn't want that, so, instead, Etude tells you a secret of this island. Once you exit, you can find this hidden level by going left in Saltwater Cape. This level is the hardest level in the game! With mines a plenty, enemies a plenty, and traps and bamboozles a plenty! This level is doable by all means, passable by casual means, but...Well, let's just say you're going to be a frog by the time you finish the challenges. Once you finish it, you will gain more rewards in the bestiary.
S-Rank
S-RANK - Getting into the challenging side of the game, the S-Rank requires you to get the best score possible! From what I've gotten out of it, you must get about every collectible (minus food, they don't give points,) that is possible to grab, not take damage, hit every cymbal/bamboo, and also use Baton's Treble mode to get extra points from running into the mines! You're fine if you miss a couple of collectables that grab points, as long as you try to use Treble mode as much as you can! It's a hard challenge as the games progress, but it sure it's possible with PLENTY of practice!

The Reward - When completing a S-Rank in a level, you are able to listen to the song of that stage! Just head into the extra's, then the music player.
F-Rank
F-RANK - Now for a sudden turn of events, now you must play as WORST as you can. As I mentioned, food does not give out points, so you're free to collect them! Collect no bubbles, collect no sparkles, and hit no cymbals/bamboo, either! The main thing to worry about is the streak-score. As you pass by a mine, the streak above will raise from 0 to 30. You'd want to get hit by a mine when the streak reaches 15-25 in order to ensure you're good. Now, with that said, it doesn't mean you should lose hope if it's impossible to get hit without losing. Just wait until you find some food, get smacked, and wait some more! It's all about patience and survival. Now, depending on what level you play, this can either be a breeze, or a pain!

The Reward - When completing a F-Rank in a level, you are able to enable the Developer Commentary! It should be the second-from-top in the selection of each level. This will barely mute the songs, but not the sounds! Each commentary explains a little bit of history of each level, but is mainly just the two main devs talking and having fun with the audience.
Extra Secrets!
Everything below this will be secrets/easter eggs of the game that can be found in several ways! A main way that you can find this, though, is The Developer Commentaries of each level. I'll most likely mention them in each section on whether I used the Dev Commentary or not.
Tadpole Pond's Cave
TADPOLE POND'S CAVE - In the calmer section of Tadpole Pond, you enter a cave. The head of the cave looks a little bit like a familiar cave that you'll enter later on in your adventure...And that cave is Barracuda caverns!
Chiptune Lagoon
CHIPTUNE LAGOON - Yes, the stage itself is a whole secret...And it's plain obvious. From the 8-bit style, to the ability to smack ducks, to the ending of the level, this is filled to the brim with references from the NES days! I don't think I need to describe much on how, as you just have to play the level a few times to understand how it works!
Sonata's Song
SONATA'S LYRICS - While this is commonly known, it still should be said. In Midnight Bayou, the love struck Sonata sings a song for you while you swim. And while he sings, his love note manages to play along with what's happening in the stage. Give it a play and try to focus on Sonata, and be amazed!
Etude's Zoom
ETUDE'S ZOOM - This silly secret I actually discovered WHILE making this! If you don't do anything while in Etude's grove, the camera will slowly, ever so slowly, zoom in on his face. You can actually find something like this on Tadpole Treble's twitter, if you scroll down far enough!
Ice Key
ICE KEY - This one was actually a hard thing to find, since you don't normally notice it. I only found it out during the developer commentary! In Snowfall Lake, during the cave segment, when you jump on a cymbal that allows you to hop over a giant fish, in the background, just below Baton at her highest point, you can actually spot the Ice Key from Banjo Kazooie! If you can't find it, then just take a listen to the Dev Commentary. They should give you a nice note to take a look.
Cross Bones
CROSS BONES - This one was also found out via Dev's commentary! In Thunder Creek, after the segment where you're in a blazing gun battle with plenty of shrimp, you will pass by bones in the shape of an X. If you decide to brave yourself and smack the bones, you'll get a strange event. I'm not sure if this is random effects, but what I got was the F-Rank tune, and the flash of Tadpole Treble's title, alongside an image of what I assume the devs.
The Credits
THE CREDITS - This secret is once again mentioned via the help of the Devs and their commentary...Specifically in their longest one of ELE-94's level. If you want to listen to it, I'd suggest waiting down near the bottom in the first phase.
Anyhow, this one is actually a strange mystery to me. I played the credits to look around, and I have a few guesses. The first one would be, found in random points at the top, would be the tail of some weird alien creature. Maybe the Xenomorph? The second guess would be at points of the background start to form green, and kind of look like the shape of Baton. The third would be, during the segments that are filled with text, somewhere in there is a joke name slipped in by the devs. The fourth and final would be Thunder Creek's segment, where everyone who's worked on the game sang it. If you got a wonderous guess, let me know!
Pause Menu Song!
PAUSE MENU SONG - 95% of the time, when you pause the game, you will hear Rest, a calming song...But other times, you can hear this!
It's a wacky song that is always enjoyable to listen, but is surprisingly rewarding when you find it, since the chance is slightly difficult to find.
Human Civilization
HUMAN CIVILIZATION - Throughout the entire game, you may find little hints that people lived on this island before. Most notably in Barracuda caverns, as this place was once home to pirates! It makes you wonder what ever happened to humans on this island...
The Mysterious X-Rank
THE MYSTERIOUS X-RANK - This one is actually a mystery. It was stated only once during the 'collectibles' in the updates of Tadpole Treble's beginnings. And, with a new form of testing, I've figured out that you can gain it in Conductor's Storm. This makes sense, because there is zero bubbles in the entire level, or a X amount of bubbles
Ending
That's all there is! Bow was that a LOT in this simple little game. If I missed anything, please tell me in the comments below! I hope you had a great time finding these things on your own, and I hope I helped you with this guide when you requested help from others. Hope you have a fun time in your life, and, you stay rhythmical!

I think they have plans to bring Aisle Isle, the new level/song from the Switch release (Tadpole Treble: Encore) to the Steam version, too. I haven't yet determined what, if any, secrets are on it.
