The cleanest way to get this achievement is to "gitgud" and not get downed!

......But seriously: the second best way to manage it in a clean way is to play a first shot mission on hard with a decently leveled character that can one-hit melee zombies. Close the gates until one remains open and hit zombies as long as the timer allows, then close the gate. Repeat the process without dying! It's the safest most advantageous situation that you can find to get this achievement!

Find all lore on the No Sanctuary level.
Which means, all deserter, one FCMA and one sinner bob lore. You will find more details on lores here!

You get this achievement by picking up the lincoln's blown off "middle finger" hand at the end of Join Or Die, in the lincoln memorial. But it is an RNG event that won't always take place.

From my experience of playing this map many times, the hand will appear 10% of the time. It will always appear the the front left of the statue (when facing it) The explosion animation itself isn't RNG.

The hand will also appear in your camp near Heather's memorial.

You have to fetch Heather's bag of belongings (and throw in the escape vehicle). You can find it in the Lincoln Memorial in the mission "Join or Die". It will be a small brownish looking bag, randomly located throughout the interior of the building.

Rescue a survivor (in addition to the Deserrter) in No Sanctuary 10 times!

The survivors are very well hidden in this map, as the focus is more to save the Deserter. However there are 2 main locations an additional survivor can be

• in the second half of the campaign after the first family (now brigade) camp (with the laundromat etc), there is a neighbourhood that looks a bit like the hell on high water garage boxes from the beginning of the campaign. Here you will have to go between the garage boxes on the right side and follow a path to the back of the garden between 2 houses where there's a bit of shrubbery! The survivor will be hiding in these bushes.
  
• The second location is right behind the gate to the second part of the campaign, directly to the left in the first garden stall behind the first garage box to the left.
  
• The third location is in the house left next to the church on the stairs leading into a small living room.
  
• The fourth possible location is right across the street, on the left when facing the church. It is also adjacent to the part with the stairs and the car service center pit where Caleb sometimes goes to pick you up
  
• The Fifth location: In the back yard of the church, across the area where you enter it, there's a gate. You'll find the survivor hidden in the bushes there.

My suggestion for when the survivors spawn in the 3 locations near the church, to to not trigger the discovery and to leave them there until you escape!

Unlock each of the 4 hand signals from the Apple Andies in the episode 2 mission "Enemy of My Enemy".

• The signs will appear randomly throughout each mission's set of apple andies. Destroy each andy and they'll randomly have an arm that you can salvage
  
• Each run, you'll have to use a different tool to use to salvage the arm.
  
• You will have to work throughout several sessions of the story mission to aquire them all as you will run out of tools to aquire all the arms, and neither will all Andies yeald their arm in one mission.
  
• When you have unlocked all 4, the achievement Plus a 5th sign called "Andy Horns" should unlock

* Note, this achievement is currently bugged and will be fixed in the 14 february hotfix!

Retrieve a weapon case in the Appletown Organic supply run expedition 5 times!

• The weapon case will be locked behind a door in the kitchen/bar on the surface level of the store
  
• Search the store for a key which will be in a random store location in the lower level.
  
• TIP: Search the store thoroughly before you enable the power. In this expedition version of the level, ALL store sections will open up and start their announcers without the ability to shut them down. So you should be prepared to have some team mates ready to search them, as the keys won't be in the obvious plain in sight locations like in the main mission.
  
• Do everything possible to pinpoint the key first and rush out with the bags that you have, if it is the objective to get this achievement, you can just leave with one bag. This way you ensure that you can leave below hordometer level 1.
