I would personally remove the tractor beams which pull the cubes down and put a cleansing gel dropper instead. You seem to have just used the cleansing gel to get the cubes cleaned, no puzzle involved to do this. Putting them in the beam's place would also cleanse your cube and let it fall down automatically.
(you can also technically get stuck in the 1st room when you cleanse the blue gel away)
I am also not sure if I solved the 2nd room correctly. I used the beam to get the cube up to activate this room's exit.
The ending was great , having a companion cube launched at your face!
It seems that you make a habit of introducing something new or different to each new chamber and I gotta say, I love it! Excited for the next one. Great job!
