This scooter may not have that much horsepower or seat 10,000 people, but it works if you want to get around the city without a car! Basically the one Delta vehicle that has remained near unchanged since 1978. Mostly because Delta hasn't really felt the need to change anything externally since then, after all what are you really going to change on a simple scooter?
