You will get the "Fine Tuning" Achievement once you open every customization menu and tweak and change everything you are able to change on a single ride such as the name, color scheme, running light color, everything. The "Excursion" achievement is the most difficult one, but not impossible. Just keep walking back and forth the fairground and eventually you will get it.
