Minmus 4-biome Science Vessel

Tested successfully to Minmus and back, hopping to 4 different biomes for roughly 2k science on return. Would work for the Mun, probably not 4 biomes though.

All stock parts.

It helps to adjust the thrust limiter on the Skipper once you get to Minmus

Intermittant rotating on re-entry can overcome materials bay overheating, which is minor.
