There's a fun story in Russia about a small street dog barking up an elephant to impress the other dogs. The dogs were impressed, but the elephant didn't react in any way. The story's morale: the elephant won't lower himself to the dog's level to respond to it's barking.
I can understand your motivation, but for me,personally, the internet comment war has lost it's fun and meaning long ago. Even if I could convince someone, there are many more like him\her out there, and their number grows every year. It's always better to have a civil discussion without being anonymous,preferably.
