Behold, the USC Neolian, she's had an advanced NORSTAR refit that nearly doubled her speed. The Neolian is based off a LEGO MOC of a futuristic coast guard boat called the Draken, by Dasnewten https://www.flickr.com/photos/dasnewten/sets/72157607473438225. the Neolian seats 10 and is meant as a fast response unit for rescue.
