The only real flaw is leaving Mana Drain off the early levels. Lion has significant mana problems early game if you do casting of any sort. I've lost more than one ally due to insufficient mana for casting Hex, even with couriers running Clarity potions along with my wards/recipes.
Taking Mana Drain at 3, then following this build's rank-up, seems to work best for me. I suppose very high level players can manage their mana better, to avoid the need for 1 more level before Lion is "peak" for support... but for the rest of us, early mana is a huge boost.
Eg. mana drain is pretty effective on an sk to prevent reincarnation proc, but hex is good on a pa who has invested into blur. It really depends on the flow of individual games.
Everything else is fine :)
