landinggear for CM-88B Bison M Class towing vessel

Description
This landing gear setup is constructed and delivered by Azfalt Corp.

The gear is setup with timers for every stage of landing and takeoff, so only need to activate function for extending of landing gear when atempting landing on any surface, or retracting the landing gear when taking off.

timer functions can be moved to any part of a ship design using this landing gear setup, also have in mind that mulitple landing gears can be setup to use only one set of timers.

Hope you find this setup usefull.

If used in any ship design, keep in mind to put note to where you got the landing gear from.
TU.

Guide to use and place this landinggear:

Use and edit the landinggear.
1. open the world, point at the landinggear, press chift+b, select copy to clipboard. And then exit this world
2. highlight the savegame where you want to use this landinggear, select creative mode , in advanced setting make it able to copy paste items, if not already selected.
3. run the savegame, and find a place in space with plenty of room around, press ctrl+v to place a copy of the landinggear, need to be in 0 gravity area.
(motors are locked to grid as standart when placing, if unlocked, the construction will wiggle and break apart. Also if placed in gravity world, the construct will tilde to any side and break.)
4. when the copy is placed you can press K when a lcd is highlighted, type in [motors] in the typing searchfield area, select them all and deselect the locked option in the description menu.
5. now you can fiddle with the pistons, and timer settings to your specific needs for your build.
DON'T ajust motors or rotors!!
6. when you got it all to your liking, let the construction setle to rest (usualy 2-5 min.) before locking the motors again, reverse the step above.

Placement:
1. point your hud in direction of the landinggear, press ctrl+b at your edited landinggear, select copy to clipboard.
The designed ship where you want to place this landinggear, need to have a wide enough area 11x11x(??) large grid.
place a merge block where you want the landinggear to be merged with your ship design.
2. press ctrl+v and move the landinggear highlight around untill it turns green and the mergeblocks are aligned, then press your mousebutton to confirm the placement, if placed corectly, the mergeblocks will lock and you can place or replace any needed blocks to integrate the landinggear, after a few blocks have ben placed, you can remove the mergeblocks.

fine tuning and ajustment sugestions
1. if using more than one landinggear, as is most common, it is advised to make a timer room aboard your ship, with atleast 13 timers, 1 programmable block and 1 light (rename this light to AlarmOnNLG), as it is seen in the top center of the landinggear. Copy the timer settings to each newly created timer blocks on your ship, and remove the ones from each landinggear including the advanced rotor they were placed upon. (this should result in a more stable landinggear, since there is now a little less movable possible breking parts.)
2. Highlight all lights and spotlights placed on all the legs and make them to a group named AlarmBlocksNLG
3. ajust the timers so everything fits and dont hit anything unatended while extending or retracting. Finetuning the landingger at this stage gives the best eyecandy results.
4. edit the battleready script, so all apperances of AlarmOn, shal all be replaced with AlarmOnNLG, and also replace all apperances of AlarmBlocks with AlarmBlocksNLG
finaly edit the rgb color setting so it look like this:
Color AlarmColor = new Color(255,150,0)
to be for the orange warning light.

This way you can have more than one version of alarmblock script loaded in a programable block, without they interact and make problems for eachother. Also enables diferent colored warninglights this way.

Hope you will enjoy this and good luck with your creativity and spaceship designs.

Just created a short clip showing this landing gear in motion.
Gate part's will not be updated to this blueprint.

Since i just finished my new computer build, i will start updating some of my builds, starting with the small and easier ones, the large ones i might look abandoned, but will take a lot of time due to the masive scale.

Also some blocks have ben abandoned and or removed from steam workshop, if these make it impossible to update, i will remove the influenced builds from workshop.

Unfortunatly i'm curently without a propper computer to update my builds. Curently unknown when i will get a new computer.
