Zinn Mods: Increase skill points

This mod increases the skillpoints generals get per levelup, and also the needed XP. This affects player and AI.

Level2: 1 (Total: 1)
Level3: 2 (Total: 3)
Level4: 2 (Total: 5)
Level5: 2 (Total: 7)
Level6: 2 (Total: 9)
Level7: 2 (Total: 11)
Level8: 3 (Total: 14)
Level9: 3 (Total: 17)
Level10: 3 (Total: 20)

The points won't get granted for levelups your generals got before this mod was active!

This mod is tested in many campaign saves of mine and it worked on all of them. If this mod doesn't work for you, please test it without any other mod enabled and press the end turn button once! (Some mods need the end turn script to get properly activated, even after starting a new campaign!)
