Adds 5 times repeatable endgame tech to decrease the megastructure build cost by 5%.

You need to have researched tech_mega_engineering and have the ascension perk ap_master_builders.

does the research knock it of the full total or the total at that time, for example starting off with no research done it's 10k, the first knocks it down to 9.5k, the next research does it knock it down to 9k or 9025?

@Magnum:

It's worth noting that the Modifiers Fix plugin (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1688887083) looks like it restores the modifier that your techs use.

This mod cannot be updated because the modifier used was removed from the game without a replacement as far as I know.
