Heroes Unchained 2019: Jester

Updated version of the Heroes Unchained: Jester mod by Loklin. Includes changes made to mechanics and classes by the Color of Madness Patch, as well as many new effects and stats for heroes and abilities not in the original Unchained series.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you comment about this mod not doing the things that it says it does, make sure you have placed the mods at the TOP of your load order. If you have it at the top of your load order and it isn't working as it says, please let me know and I will fix it.

Non-extensive list of changes:


-Minimum DMG slightly increased at later weapon ranks

-New passive: some of the jester's abilities have a chance to heal stress DMG to his allies

-Harvest
   -Now applies a bleed debuff to enemies

-Finale
   -Retained CoM changes, but lowered DODGE and SPD debuffs to 15% and 2

-Slice Off
   -Now has very high bleed DMG, but lasts for 2 rounds from 3
   -Now applies a bleed chance debuff to the target

-Battle Ballad
   -ACC from buff slightly increased
   -Buff now lasts 1 battle
   -Now only usable once
