After talk to the landlord and asking him for rooms and looking inside all the doors. He will escape and run into his WH. Once entering it, a cutscene will pop up. Showing that the landlord has been taking hobos and using them to make FF robots. After this u should see some robots on some tables and some metal around. Kill every hobo and robot in the room but try not to use your items or support unless you really have too. (dont forget to get all the metal on the tables! They are grey, not the blue tools!) After fighting all the emenys you should see the landlord.

After talking to the landlord, you should get in a battle scene.The landlord has 999 HP. In the first part of the battle, he should send his robots and hobos to fight you, when this happens he will be unable to be attack and throw hobos to support his hobos.After fighting his minions he will be able to attack u head on. This is your time to strike! Use some attack items to damage him. Or lower his attack or lower his defence via items, Another tactic is to never stop attacking him, this is when the cat is really useful.The cat can attack while ur moves recharge (also have a super small chance of the cat dealing 999 damage). When he attacks your team he has 2 kinds of attacks.

• Hobo slam:Uses his hobo sack to crush you with it. Very easy to block.
  
• Hair whip:uses his blond hair to whip you. This will lower your defence.

After lowering his health he will summon more minions. There will be less of them. he will be unable to attack. He will start throwing hobos again. Then after killing his minions and lowering his HP again, he will summon his minions one more time, Except its just 1 hobo. You could just easily use a item just to kill him or just never stop attacking him or you could use this to your advantage by just keep blocking attacks and wait for the anne support to be ready. after fighting the last minion. Do the never stop attacking tactic on him or call anne to do a flamethrower attack. Then just finsh him with a special attack or a double team or triple team attack. After fighting him you should get a super dramatic dieing cutscene of him knocking over stuff and smashing a random hobo into the wall and then faling on top of boxes. Then after seeing him on the floor, gabe will cut his hair for no reason. Congratulations you just killed the landlord! That fat guy is now dead!
