2. Use enviroment - you certainly get angry when someone ledges you or bashes you into spikes. Leave that whole "honor" out of this game. Why try to be nice when on 2-2 situation people will use anything just to win. Make best plays, not the "honorable" ones

3. Use heroes based on your rep - Centurion that is played well on rep 1-10 is going to get insane winrate, whereas later on becomes so useless you'll be surprised how impossible to win is. Play heroes that work, avoid poor picks

4. Turn off effects - yeah, you were there, that Conqueror spamming his roar doing 360s with effect so loud you get your ears blown. Just don't, it is basically asking to get frustrated. There is an option to disable those, so you better do

5. Take a break - loss streaks happen, just quit the game, it is that simple. Return later. That is the great advantage of games, you can just log off and carry on with something else

6. It's a game - getting mad at games and getting mad at your co-worker is a major difference. Both are bad, but if you break something
while playing a game, you should see a doc. Aggressive behaviour during activities that have such a small impact on you such as playing games to kill time, when you realise it, is really stupid

7. Use penalties for yourself - if you can't handle it, leave the game. 15 minutes of penalty can actually be 15 minutes of health for your mind

8. Learn other heroes to improve - self explainatory, don't be a one-trick

9. Play with friends - always good to play with a bud. Enchances the experience. It is a great game to play in a duo
