Requires:
-Nightclub with all businesses
-Pounder Custom
-Staff Upgrade for the Nightclub
-Apartment/Ceo office so long as it has a TV
-Willingness to wait 3 days
-Leaving you PC on all the time, which if youre like me and use it for many things other than gaming, you leave it on anyway

With this I have made around 10 million in game so far since ive tried it

HOW TO START
Assuming you have all technicians assigned

1.) Go into your ingame settings and change your resolution to 800x600, and turn everything graphics related to be as low as possible (this will NOT work when the game is minimized so you need the smallest window possible, I recommend multiple monitors for this but its not required)
2.) Make sure to Retire as a CEO , other wise you will get charged for your utilities every 48 minutes
3.) Go into the RockStar created mission "A Titan of a Job"
4.) Sit down and watch TV for 20 hours
5.) It takes 60 hours for the crates and the bunker to fill up (with upgrades) however only 20 hours for the smaller businesses, so check back every day and a half or so
6.) Alt+tab and do what ever you were planning on doing with the game running in the background NOTE this will work when your monitors are turned off, you may get a notification that the game has lost connection to RockStar online services, This means nothing, it does not kick you from the job so your cargo keeps coming.
7.) You will come back to 1.6 mil, although this can be more depending on how full the lobby is

HOW TO SELL IN A SOLO LOBBY
1.) Open task manager >Processes>Open Resource Monitor
2.) Suspend GTA.exe for a couple of minutes
3.) Resume process

This is great for solo players like myself who just dont want the risk, as a result you dont really need to upgrade the pounder custom any, as in the sell missions there are no NPCs that need killing (unless you count cops but you can just call lester)

I hope this has helped some of you, definatly worth it for people like me who dont like the grind

RockStar has banned others for money tricks in the past, such as AFK *GLITCHES*, of which a quick youtube search will reveal many much older than this guide, that involved actually breaking in-game mechanics, that does warrant a ban, which I feel a few are getting confused on this and letting their thoughts be known to others , as they rightfully should given how Rockstar is on banning, However this is not a Glitch or Exploit and as of writing this addition to the guide, I have made 22 million so far

Nothing In this guide indicates a use of exploiting broken mechanics to warrant a ban, such as spawning or freezing money, which is what some some users who skimmed through may be confusing it with

to put it in basic terms

You are sitting idle in a mission for 60 hours

Rockstar cannot detect you are idle, which is why they have the auto kick after 13 minutes in a normal lobby, the auto kick is turned off intentionally by R* when you are watching TV/Security cameras, so you do not get kicked while watching their programming (this does not always work in pubs, which is why its a good Idea to launch "a titan of an job")

Can you be banned for task manager?
No, PC players have been using it since DAY 1 of the CEO update to sell in solo missions, and I know because Ive been doing it since DAY 1 of the CEO update 4 years ago in 2015

Having added this section to the guide 2/6/19, any and all comments about bans for unrelated afk money exploits/glitches/freezes that abuse broken in-game mechanics not associated with this guide or its contents will be deleted, as they do not relate to this method itself, and serve to undermine the credibility of myself and this guide I have created, of which I practice daily.

Q: My Cocaine business isnt stocking despite me having the tech assigned?
A: re-assign the tech OR if that doesnt work, shut down and restart the business. I recommend the second method as it has worked every time ive tried it.

Q: Can I use this with Security Cameras?
A: Personally I havent tried it, Ive heard mixed results with this method. I have never had issues using the TV though.

Q: Can I mimimize it?
A: No, the game must be running in a window other wise it kicks you out of online.

Q: How long do I leave it suspended?
A: It varies, for some people it may take a few seconds, others a couple minutes, it depends on your internet.

Q: Will anything else I do on my computer affect this?
A: Unless you minimize the window, NO. You May get an alert, but it means nothing.

Ive created this section to log income I've received doing this method, to give users a rough estimate of the pay off to be expected on a month by month basis

Unfortunatly as of this last update, you cannot enter your office OR biker properties during a mission anymore.
You can however, still watch TV/Security Cameras in a basic garage or apartment. So this guide is still viable,Id recommend buying a basic garage near your nightclub as they're fairly cheap and accomplish the same thing as a nice apartment.
