if you are having this strange bug like this

like the scene gets dimmed a lot one time then brighten the next etc.
then go to setting > graphic > turn off Shadow Cache

please comment if this occurs to you and works for you too. thank you

Switching from full screen to windowed mode fixed it for me. Do give it a try.

My game was faded to black when I switched to DX11 Mode, but when I Switched to DX12 mode, Screen goes to normal but very low on fps even on lowest settings. So I have to reinstalled the older gpu driver using DDU and CCleaner and it work flawlessly by using highest setting, no fading again

Limiting my FPS to 60 helped as well as turning off SSR

i also hear turning off volume lighting and or shadow quality to lower could help. for me the shadow cache alone was enough

It works partially, it's still really dark in some areas
