Crafting, Constructible, and Cooking Adjustments

Beskrivning
This is WIP.

It removes salt from several food recipes, and makes soup/stew recipes require cooked meat, rather than raw. Recipes no longer show until the required ingredients are available, and multiple-product (x3 and x5) recipes have been added to make crafting 60 apple cabbage stews take several fewer clicks.

It could, perhaps, but that seems not-so-realistic. With food, you can always toss more in the pot to make more servings. Not so much for the other crafting in the game.
