Alpha Male:

Practice your Character til he gets to the red Area (see Screenshot), then proceed to talk with the Girl in the blue Top








Beta Male:

Practice even more until you reach the red marked Area on the 2 Bars (see Screen), proceed to talk with the Girl in the white Top.










Gym Addict

idle or do the running for 2,5 Hours.
