Unique Spikes!! (for the new expimental version go here)

Did you ever visit the womb floor and thought that the spikes enemies (Poky, Slide and Wall Hugger) should be different or that they should fit better to the other enemies? If you did, then this mod will be perfect for you!

This mod not only adds their womb/utero sprites. It adds sprites for every floor. They change their appearance based on the floor texture. If you walk into a special room, then the spikes will change their appearance based on the room type.

This is only a graphical mod. It doesn't change their behaviour in any way.

This mod is compatible with the newest version of the Revelation mod.

Hi there :). It's been a while since this mod got some love and I want to change that. Sadly I didn't manage to hit the august deadline due to me getting less for it done than i planned. However the update is still happening! It will include:

- updated sprites for the current sprites (teaser)[imgur.com]
- new/updated sprites for the Antibirth floors (teaser)[imgur.com]
- new sprites for the Repentance floors (teaser 1)[imgur.com] (new Mines teaser!)[imgur.com]
- as well as Grudge sprites for all floors (except for the Void?) (teaser)[imgur.com]
I'm doing my best to finish the Repentance update asap. In the meantime I will keep the teasers with new stuff updated as I go^^.

Sorry for no new teasers in May. I have been working on the designs for ashpit and have hit a bit of wall. So they will be teased once they are ready. Depending on that either more Grudges or the Ashpit design will be teased next!

A zip-file containing the functing version of the mod as the update still gonna take some time. I know it's not perfect, but I would like to updated the mod in one go.

I want to thank ianszulman and The Red One for finding spriting errors. It really helped me to improve the sprites and to make the mod as good as I can.
