This is a highly scripted mod that gives some bonus effects to five Skaven factions when they take four important skaven cities. The factions that are getting bonuses are:

Clan Skyre

Clan Moulder

Clan Rictus

Clan Pestilens

Clan Mors

The cities and the bonuses:

1) Under-Mousillon

Taking the Under Mousillon gives the benefits of:

+16 Leadership When Fighting Against Vampires and Bretonnians
-13 Relations with Skaven factions
+7% Agents Succes Chance
+3500 Gold

2) Skavenblight

Taking Skavenblight gives the benefits of:

-13 Relations with Other Skaven Factions
+7% Missile Range to Missile Infantry Units
-13% Upkeep Cost For Artilleries
+5000 Gold

3) Karak Azgal

Taking Karak Azgal gives the benefits of:

-13 Relations with Skaven Factions
+13 % Income From Buildings
+5000 Gold

4) Under-Altdorf

If you can take Altdorf:

-13 Relations with Skaven Factions
+13 Growth
+4 Food
+7500 Gold

5)Taking Hellpit keep gives:

-13 Relations with Skaven Factions
-5% Upkeep for Units
-13% Recruitment Cost for Units
+5000 Gold

The Bonuses are:

-100 Relations with Skaven Factions
+7 MA and MD for Units
+6 Leadership for Units
+12 Skaven Corruption
+12 Charge Bonus for Units
+10 Public Order
+25% Charge Bonus for Everyone
+25000 Gold


Some Notes:

1)Scripting could be better but, that's all I can do for now. Any suggestions is welcomed.

3)By confederations, you can have every bonusses except the ones for Altdorf, Karak Azgal and Mousillon.

Compatibility

It is a .lua scripted mod should be compatible with everything. Doesn't change any tables, just adds some. I highly recommend using shaky_rivers amazing mods. I'm using a lot of them myself too.
