Spin your way through a TF2 interpretation of the Jevil fight from Deltarune.

Thanks to Jill on the TF2 Team, func_rotating is now fully fixed, and this puts it to as much use as possible - 37 times, to be exact!

Intended as not much more than a fun tech demo of what that entity can do, along with artpass practice, I'm aware of some bugs that are out of my control. Sometimes the music will stop, and sometimes the platform will get caught before it can spin again. Despite all that, I'm sure we can all have a little fun, fun!
