Go to Settings > Display > New Vision and disable it.

After this you can load Revision, open the main menu and press the 'Multiplayer' button to access multiplayer options.

If hosting a survival map, make sure to set the game type to survival too instead of deathmatch. And remember to open ports 7790-7792 and 27900 on TCP and UDP.
