Just to be safe, make sure to save before talking to him in case you give lacklustre lyrics.

As long as you get the normal ending by telling Blunt about Abigail you should get this.

When dealing with Johnny at the church say the following,

When Blunt asks about Abigail, refuse to tell her twice and you'll get this ending.
