Lower Tornado Cooldown

Imagine if the Tornado spell was actually a low enough cooldown you could use it to clean up surfaces - That's what this mod does.

Extremely simple mod that reduces the aerothurge spell: Tornado's cooldown to a mere 3 turns. This is much lower than the original cooldown and may actually be low enough to allow you to use it repeatedly in combat. Primarily however this mod is designed to make using Tornado to clear surfaces outside of combat much less tedious.

If you use any mods that reduce multiple spell cooldowns, such as Very Fast casting mages but want this mod as well to specifically reduce Tornado's cooldown, load this mod after the other so that it overwrites any other changes to the Tornado spell.
