Beskrivning

A simple country road without street lamps for a more realistic look.
It also features a fast overtaking lane in the middle for both sides to use.

The speed limit of the two main lanes is 55, the invisible overtaking lane is 70, making the displayed speed limit 60.
Street name signs and manholes have been removed, speed limit signs have been adjusted and random street prop frequenzy has been reduced.

lucky you medioker man lol my state has like a 55 mph limit on this sort of road and it drops down to like 45 -43 mph in a residential or heavily poulated area usually

Of all the different roads in this game, this one is by far my favorite. With the traffic and zoning mods, even better. Nice job, thanks!

Other than the default speed limit being rather slow for a rural area, this is AMAZING! It drove me nuts that police cars would get stuck behind slow vehicles, and also that there were street lights on roads in the middle of nowhere.

Maybe a realistic speed only matters for people playing with traffic manager. The default 60 Kilometers/hour is only 37 Miles/hour. I set the speeds to 100 and 110 for passing lane. 100 KPH = 62 MPH, which seems like what the default speed limit was trying to do.

Also, I have no idea how the logic works for selecting lanes, but it seems to magically work if the center lane is 10KPH faster than the other lanes. I tried setting the center lane to the same speed, a much faster speed, and a slower speed than the other lanes. In all of these cases cars randomly drove down the middle of the road. But 10KPH higher = voodoo magic where only emergency vehicles drive down the middle. So awesome!
