Jigglebone Tutorial for Blender Users
By SgtR007
OK, you've made a great new model for submission to the TF2 workshop using Blender. Now you need some help getting your custom TF2 models to move like they would in real life. You need jigglebones! The linked video will guide you through the process of using Blender to add jigglebones and rig your mesh properly. It will also briefly describe how to use appropriate .qc commands to get your model to move realistically.

Jigglebone Commands
The above video shows how to use Blender to introduce jiglebones into your model. However your jigglebones won't work without the appropriate .qc commands. Check out the following link for a crash course on the $jigglebone command.

Valve Developer Wiki - $jigglebone

You should play around with the various commands and parameters to find the look that works best for your model. Good luck and have fun creating your very own custom TF2 models!

What program were you using to view the model? (The movement, not Blender.)
