It happen not when hire hero, But after put skill point in to 10nm defense processor or state pudding. Both tier 2 skill with more than 2 level.
It bug other hero but not bug guardian (1level tier 2 skill). Vert is safe too because her riftborn skill (1level tier 2 skill).
I use 7 mod. All netunia heroes.

I suspect that planeptune skill bug other hero bottom left skill. may be because 3 level skill? is this just normal? i look all comment in your planeptune heroes mod and no one ever talk about it.

it happen to other heroes after get planeptune hero. no dlc.
