Description
Hey. This is an edit of the "More Traits, Civics, & Ethics Pics" mod made by Athinks, which can be found here. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1591293882 I am not the original developer - this kind of mod is very minor. In fact, writing this description and linking to other mods was way more work than changing six numbers.

I am not intending to plagarize their work, I simply wished to increase the number of available trait slots and trait picks, from whatever they were originally to ten maximum slots. You also start with more trait points. This is the same for machine and biological empires. This is not intended to be balanced in any way.

Since this is an edit of "More Traits, Civics, & Ethics Pics", it also has all of the features from that mod. You get four Ethos points to spend and four civics points to spend during empire creation. Randomly-generated (so, not from 00_prescripted_empires or anything added by mods) may do this too, but they'll sometimes pick strange things or sub-optimal builds. I've seen ai species show up with a smattering of random positive and negative traits that don't make much sense together.

Use Case:
Made for roleplaying use -- you want to make a galaxy with a bunch of advanced empires.
Best used with a one or more mods that add traits to play with.

It's fun to make a galaxy with a dozen custom overpowered civs (or better yet, diverse civs with cleverly-chosen bonuses and maluses) to tell a story.

Addon Recomendations
These mods work with this one, should be compatible with 2.2.4, and give you more options to play with. Not all of them work together, though.

Compatibility:
Exactly the same as that mod -- we use the same overwrites so anything that touches 00_civics etc is incompatible.
Do not use this mod together with that mod or any other mod that adjusts these files or values. There can be only one.

@songbird is it possible to update this mod to make it compatible with 2.3. as of the latest patch it no longer functions properly

It applies to randomly generated empires, not prescripted ones or empires added by other mods. The AI does not use this effectively and either stacks bonuses or makes insane, random builds. My personal use of this mod is to define multiple civs and force them to spawn in your galaxy.
