Description

The all seeing Eye Witness is a familiar that can reveal secrets to you.

Including dungeons, black markets, secret rooms, surprise boss rooms (like mid-bosses, greed in shops or krampus in devil deal rooms), as well as identify an item when you have curse of the blind and warn you if you have low health if you have curse of the unknown.

If you find the Yo Listen item the mod will replace it with the Eye Witness, but if you prefer to use Yo Listen you can switch it so Yo Listen replaces the Eye Witness and has all the same features, to do this just use the Mod Config Menu or open the console and enter "yolistenmode".
