Some mods I would recommend before loading this save are:
- 81 Tiles Unlocked
- No Abandonment + Hide Problems (unfortunately bad hearse/other service AI means there's widespread dead bodies)
- Traffic Manager: President Edition.
- Let me know of any more

Unfortunately I've hit the road limit + zoneable space limit so I'm not sure how much more I'll be able to build in the surrounding suburbs. If anyone has a fix/workaround for this let me know.
