Love & Order is a very repetitive Visual Novel/Time management game, but focused more on the second part. You'll be spending most of your time going back and forth completing simple tasks in order to progress. It might take a bit to get used to game's mechanic, but once you get it, you'll notice that's just a quite monotonous task.

❖ This guide will give you tips on how to successfully reach all four romance endings.
❖ Out of the 6 achievements, 4 are mutually exclusive for endings, and 2 are story-related.
❖ You need to solve "the mystery case" to trigger a romance ending. Game will keep going forever until you do so.
❖ You'll notice that you're already in a route since game's save icon will be replaced by the character you've chosen to have a romance with.
❖ A route will be locked down whenever you ask someone out, preventing you to date another character for the rest of the game.
❖ Try to focus on two characters per playthrough.
❖ Game can be only saved in Dana's office (and from menu).

✦ Start a new game.


✦ Choose two co-workers you want to date with, and keep completing their tasks until reaching a bit more than half of the friendship bar with both (check progress at the top right of the screen).


Tasks are very simple and they go from printing/calling/drafting memos from your office, photocopying something at copy room, or getting signatures from your other co-workers at their offices. You can check them under "Projects" tab at top right menu.

✦ To get new tasks from your co-workers, just "chat about work" with them.
✦ Keep in mind that they might not have new tasks all the time.
✦ This option will be later replaced by "Talk with..." if you're playing a specific route.
✦ Time will only go on whenever you do a Task, visiting a place will NOT make time pass.

Try not to skip your lunch break or apartment visit during the evening, else your stress levels will hit the roof. You can reduce your stress by dining at expensive places and playing solitaire at your desk but don't abuse this or you'll get fired.

✦ Make a save once you've gotten a high enough friendship with both.
✦ Ask one of them out. Friendship bar will turn into a relationship one, changing its color to pink.

Save your game before going to a date, also change your clothes if possible to something casual.
While this is not required, you might want to spend $70 in new clothes (Mall > Go shopping), but beware, this will make your day end, so if you're already in a date, just change your clothes to something you already have available in your wardrobe.

✦ Follow the mystery case walkthrough without ever stopping completing tasks.
✦ You can get fired really fast if you stop working.
✦ Do at least 2-3 tasks each day while following the walkthrough.

Save constantly. Sometimes you can get fired without any reason.
If your game ended abruptly, it's because you weren't a good worker, and you got fired...
