Shamefully it can only be changed to a static wider setting based on the Y axis of your resolution.
For some it might be a bit wide.

Now for how to change it:

Go to:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\WhatNeverWas\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

Open 'Engine.ini' with notepad
and add:
[/script/engine.localplayer] AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

Save and start your game with a wider FOV.
