Transmute Dragon Soul

Opis
Simple mod that adds the spell tome Transmute Dragon Soul to the Riverwood vendor. The spell allows you to transmute a single Dragon Soul for a single Perk Point. Similar to some other ones out there, but I wanted something simple that I could take with me. There is no modifications to the world space and so this mod should have no compatibility issues. You can equip and use the spell just like the Transmute spell which transmutes iron ore. It shares all of its properties, except for the fact that it converts dragon souls into perk points.

Why: To convert extra Dragon Souls into Perk Points (1 for 1)

Requirements

- Skyrim v1.8+ (AddPerkPoint was not added until then)
- NOTHING ELSE!

Troubleshooting
--------------------

1. If your not seeing the spell, make sure the mod was actually downloaded and subscribed. If using skse, make sure to bring up the lancher as otherwise I've noticed mods don't actually download until I do.

2. If your having trouble obtaining dragon souls, check other mods that you have installed. There should be no conflicts or bugs with this mod due to the simple and unobtrusive nature of the mod.

And for those who cant find the tome: Its not lying around, you have to buy it from the trader.

Not seeing the tome and have it downloaded and subscribed and im useing version 1.9 but i dont have skse... so does that mean im gonna have to download skse?

Honestly, when I read it, I thought it said transmute dragon soul into a riverwood vender...so...(Shrug) It is an interesting spell though.

I have a problem. I downloaded your mod, but the Riverwood Trader is nowhere to be found. I've waited 24 hours and even logged out and back in, still nothing. Can you give me the item code for the book?
