Noiseless night vision (blue)

This night vision device uses the same configuration as my last noiseless night vision device.
There were a few comments before I wanted to make a blue version, so I changed the color code.
It may be different from the light blue you expected, please don't blame me for it, thank you~
Compared with the original night vision device, it improves the tolerance of light and shade; reduces the glare effect of high-light objects (lights, flashlights) on night vision devices.
