【GS】Canal Enhancements

Description
Since the orignal Canal district in GS is so useless, this mod enhances the canal for a little bit so it could be an real useful district for playing the game.

What this mod does:
1、Changing the cost for the Canal to a normal cost for a district (So it would be the same cost with other districts like the Campus.)
2、Commercial Hub gets +2 Gold bonus for adjacent Canal tiles.
3、City with a Canal has a 50% Production bouns towards the Trader unit.
4、+3 Food bonus for a Domestic trade route if the Destinatiton city has a Canal.
5、+2 Production bonus for an International trade route if the Destinatiton city has a Canal.
6、+2 Gold bonus for any trade route if the original city has a Canal.
7、Double the Gold bouns for any trade route if it passes through a Canal.(This is in the original GS, but I think it is worth mentioning.)
8、Builders can spend their charges to complete 10% of the original Canal cost.

I just wish you were able to build canals next to one another so you could link together 2 bodies of water separated by just 2-3 tiles.

A canal buff's a great idea, but I'd like to see it more of a minor buff and canals available earlier. Although, rounding it out is a great idea also.

Modders: Thanks for all you do, I love this game but suck at modding.

I like the idea of buffing canals, but this is way too strong. +3 food on internal trade routes is insane. That's the equivalent of the combined benefits of a theater square, a holy site, and an aqueduct. It should only be worth 1 food, like an aqueduct. Keeping it points 1 and 2 would be enough to make it worth building when appropriate.

I really like this MOD. Canals were just useless without it. I just wish you could nerf the bonus of the Trade Routes a little, especially gold bonus, because gold is really abundant in the game. For example; removing the "6、+2 Gold bonus for any trade route if the original city has a Canal."
