There is not a point. Nothing I design or upload here is actually meant for other people to download and use for gameplay, but instead for use by one or two friends of mine for a roleplay.

Uh, what's the point? It's a huge, >1.5kt railgun, costing as much as an entire fleet, that doesn't perform any better (100g at 1.5km/s) than relatively modest chemical cannon.
