Comparison Screenshots

After:
(Test-) System Specs:
I5 2500K @4500MHz
GTX 460 SLI @840MHz / 2000MHz
16GB DDR3 @1600MHz
120GB SSD
Win 8.1 Pro 64bit

Tested with the following NVIDIA Drivers:
  • 326.41 BETA
  • 327.23 WHQL
  • 332.21 WHQL
  • 335.26 WHQL
  • 337.50 BETA
Bugs
(Unfortunately) I noticed:
  • a flicker bug when "going into the laboratory" from main panel.
  • and also flickering on the texture of solar panels
  • same CPU scaling problems as with DayZ
Attention
Unfortunately after installing a new Nvidia Driver, you have to set your SLI Profile again!
Even with the "Express Installation"... :(
(But only the SLI Profile Settings, the tweaked Settings stay the same.)
--> You can "prevent" that by Exporting all customized profiles (with Nvidia Inspector) and import them back after the Nvidia Driver Installation!

Anyone else get a massive frame rate drop with the Picture in picture enabled of the cameras on rovers?

OP I followed this guide and I must say it was invaluable for helping me set up SLI, but I wanted to correct your settings because they are not correct. Take on Mars was made on a completely different engine from Take on Helicopters or even Arma. The only comparable game (from the same engine) is Carrier Command Gaea Mission. The proper SLI compatibility bits is actually 0x02402005 (It even shows CCGM in the list of games that use this setting). Your settings didn't work for me but finding the proper bit code worked. Thanks again and please update your guide because this was very helpful to me.

Wait ... my dyslexia must have stopped me from reading a key 'bit' (pun intended).
Thanks for your guide! :D

I re-did, just in case, and re-opened the inspector ... but I cannot find any option from the inspector to open anything. (Windows 8.1)

maybe you forgot to do #1... (add TKOM.exe to your NVIDIA 3D profile settings) ;)
Otherwise, just follow the screenshots #2.1 & #2.2

Bit stuck here. I downloaded the software (helpful anyway!), but where do I find the profile settings?
