Beore the upside down ancient frog ,we have a plan with the bubble puzzle.
You'd better have the wings already,but if not you can still make it with a good timing.

There's five frog here and two of them are able to finish the achievement.

The dark forest isn't only the place you can get "Introspection" achievement. I got that award in the plains level without wings.

it is not necessary to have a wings. You need to whistle and die, but do not reboot.
