Perfect prison to start with! Dive right into cell block design as your prison generates $10k+/day.

Large holding cell design allows for high capacity. Beds for 64, but prisoners like to share. I suspect that this layout can handle 100+ prisoners without incident (kitchen upgrades would be required).

To help maintain security; double locked entrance with appointed guard (to open the gates). Staff access to deliverable destined locations (kitchen and workshop) bypasses 1 of the locks.

Regime set to working all day with 8 hours of sleep, 1 hour for lunch at 12pm and 2 hours for dinner at 9pm. Workers appear to rotate as to allow everyone to fill their needs.

Also note that there isn't a solitary confinement because I usually forget to place one until a fight breaks out. This map had no fights, therefore I forgot.
