Cost is $90,000 nad water and sewage, 5, electricity 98. garbage is 0. hope u enjoy as u can customize the freight yard and add traincars there. Rate and like please and thanks!

You need Avanya's Prop Vehicles to see those. I cant remember which creator had the storage silos but u can get the vehicles. Visit their workshop to find them.
