Nuclear Expansion (The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls)

FLÄSHYN!

In this epic expansion for The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls, Mutants of the Wasteland (as well as a Gun God from Venus) have travelled to the basement seeking the fabled Nuclear Throne. Along the way they will meet a cast of rather quirky characters such as naked children, cleft-lip blobs of flesh, sentient poop, and even the devil himself!

The Mutant Expansion contains 25 new cards: 12 character cards, 12 eternal starting items, and one sack of infinite Bandit Guard items for Rebel. Each character is based off of a playable Mutant from Nuclear Throne and has an item that reflects their respective abilities:

Fish: Roll away from danger as you dodge damage on certain rolls.
Crystal: Use your crystal shield in conjunction with your extra hit point to share damage with an opponent.
Eyes: Keep at least one eye on the top card of every deck at all times with your telekinesis!
Melting: Make enemies regret defeating you with one last explosive maneuver that triggers upon death.
Plant: Ensnare enemies to make sure your opposition focuses exclusively on them.
Steroids: Deal double the damage, but make sure you aim properly!
Y.V.: roll double da dize and chooz ur rezult
Robot: Consume your unwanted items to exchange them for loot cards or pennies.
Horror: Convert your pennies into a beam of radiation that damages enemies.
Chicken: Survive once after death to exact revenge on your enemies.
Rebel: Spawn in Rebel Guards who can fight for your cause.
Rogue: Charge up your Portal Strike over time and use it to deal devastating damage!
