LED Flashlight RED

This is a varation of the LED Flashlight. Makes the game feel a little more grim while keeping with the usefulness of the LED flashlight. I tried to get as close to a real red LED light as I could.

It's still plenty bright but now seems a little more scary with everything in view looking red when the flashlight is on.
