Laser Weapons (Balanced)

The same weapons as in my original Laserweapons-mod, except they are NOT ONEHIT anymore (and they're white). A lot of people have requeted the weapons to deal less damage but I personally like the onehit, so I just made a new mod.

I'll add Antitank-weapons when im done with the Laser-Vehicles
