Description
"Mid Level Luxury Vessel" Class 2 SV, CPU Tier 4, Unlock Level 20

Role: Survival fighter, CPU Tier 4, warp, storage, luxury, Alpha 12.

Update 6/23/20 - Updated ship to Alpha 12. Removed all RCS, installed T4 CPU blocks (Under warp core area built in), Filled many holes remaining with hardened steel. Build time did go up some as well as the player level requires. This is do to changes in the alpha versions since this was made. The stat screen shots are updated to reflect the changes.

Update 4/3/19 - Replaced container controller labeled ammo with ammo controller.

Merc Aerospace has always tried to increase it's potential sales by gaining new customers. It appears it is losing "luxury" sales do to one of it's competitors as the company has never considered building that type of craft. Something needed to be done and finally was. Through unspecified means Merc Aerospace gained access to a competitors blueprints left helplessly in the cloud and took it to it's engineers to design it's first ever "luxury" fighter. With pending lawsuits which could be held up in court for years to come, Merc - Military Engineered Robust Creations - pushed forward with the release of the MLV-Intrepid after suppressing proton/diesel toxicity emission reports. In the end it was all worth it? Appsolutely! Nothing like a little proton diesel fumes to get the heart pumping. (Is that even possible?)

Meet the MLV-Intrepid. A plush ride meant for those who want the most out of life on strange alien planets with funky drones and crazy critters jumping around. Grab some caviar filled tacos and a bunch of 15 mm rounds and light the place up in style! Yes, the MLV-Intrepid was built to deal with such threats as well as rocketing enemy structures for a jolly good time. Leaked information states the hull was built with hardened steel and has an armored cockpit however more information on the design is classified. Rumors have it the official specs made thier way to a couple screen shots near the end of the brochure in fine print. Here is what can be told:

Thanks Ian_Wolff! Yeah, go ahead, just keep the name similar but different. If you want I can add a link to it from this post as a modded version. Thanks again!

Lovely design as always jrandall, though for my personal use I ended up turning her into more of a utilitarian dropship with an open internal cockpit and a bit more of an agressive profile, while keeping it as true to original as possible beyond that. Would you by chance mind if I publish that one with a direct link to you? (Alternatively I can get the blueprint to you direclty if you want to see it first)
