Right click on desktop go

Nividia Control panel > Managed 3D settings > Program Settings > Borderlands 1

Add the program if its not there. Make sure you add the remastered version and not the old borderlands. Then go:

> Texture Filtering > Change to "High Performance"

This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Hope it works for you!

it really shouldn't have any issues at all on a 30 series or above card being that its the enhanced GOTY and its a PS3 era game lol

@ResidentDante funny how the game lags on an RTX3090, when it's an antique

DXVK fixed the issues, but this is still helpful to many people

The increased time for Ragdolls also ruined my FPS too, I decreased the 600 Secs time to 30.

The other fix I used is from a guide posted by OsteroFerocious.

I tried a different fix before using this one. I don't know if this worked because of the fact that I made sure Nividia was using my Nividia graphics processor prior to doing this, but nevertheless this fix has worked for me.
