1. Extract ur survivor vpk in ur workshop folder. I dont use that so u're on ur own how to find it.
2. Inside the survivor folder navigate to materials\vgui.
3. You can see several vtf files here.
4. Look out for s_panel_producer.vtf for example. Its usually in grayscale n 128x128 or 64x64.
5. On the other hand s_panel_lobby_producer.vtf is higher quality n bigger size usually 256x256.
6. Make a copy of the bigger vtf, delete s_panel_producer.vtf n rename the copied file name to s_panel_producer.vtf.
7. Once u're done drop the survivor folder into vpk.exe or its shortcut.
8. Bam! No more low quality grayscale icons.

Thats how I got my colored RE6 Survivor Icons without havin to google every character image do all those work.
